This week, Drake and 21 Savage will release an album together.
Her Loss will arrive on Friday (October 28) in the midst of their new “Jimmy Cooks” music video, that also arrived late Saturday afternoon, 21 Savage’s bday.
The title as well as release date for the new album were snuck in at the 1:25 threshold in the Mahfuz Sultan-directed video.
On Twitter, OVO Sound & Republic Records both shared screenshots of the Her Loss album announcement.
The Honestly, Nevermind track “Jimmy Cooks” (seemingly an ode to Drake’s Degrassi: The Next Generation character of Jimmy Brooks) is the pair’s latest collaboration, and it made its debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the summer, becoming Drake’s 11th Hot 100 No. 1 and 21 Savage’s 2nd.
